About Art of Cookery on an Open Air

The summer, even not so hot, gives unique possibilities for conducting of lessons of Russian not only in a class, but also out of it. The teacher, Marina Viktorovna, has organized a lesson on «Culinary Traditions» theme (in two parts) for the group of students of the Summer School.

The first part - theoretical - has taken place in a university room. The second part - practical - a picnic on an open air has consisted of Japanese-Korean-Norwegian-Czech-Spanish-Italian-Swiss-and-a-Russian-cuisine-tasting-dishes and also included a master class on preparation of the traditional Spanish “la sangría”.
