International cuisine

On October, 15th the meeting of foreign students took place at NEOU PetrSU. More than 20 students from Belgium, Italy, France, Finland, Norway, Sweden, China, South Korea and the USA prepared the dishes of national cuisine that pleased and surprised everyone.

On the menu of this unusual dinner there were the Finnish pie with cowberry, the Belgian dish with cheese and ham, the Korean kimbap, the Italian pasta with cream, champignons and ham, the Norwegian porridge from sour cream and many other dishes. The participants presented all this culinary variety in Russian. Except the culinary part, the cheerful competition for experts of Russian has taken place; winners - Stepan Tirkkonen and Oivo Teemu from Finland and Elisa Sacchini from Italy. The evening wouldn’t do without traditional Russian games that made the party full.
