These days we’ve met 10 students from Finland, the UK, Sweden, Italy & South Korea.

Liisa Vuonokari, a student from Finland, came from the University of Turku for spring semester as a participant of the "Triple I" Erasmus Mundus project. She will take lectures at the Faculty of History. Another student from Finland (Helsinki), Elina Manninen will study as an exchange student both at the Faculty of History and the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences.

All the students will study Russian language on different programs at NEOU PetrSU.
For example, Nicola Dockray & Elin Gosby from the UK, Tommaso Primavera from Italy preferred one-semester program. Students from South Korea will take one-year program for complete beginners and students of elementary level.
In spite of quite different native languages & proficiency in Russian students seem to have found the common language & a lot of talking points easily!!! They have already become friends & we hope that time that they’ll spend in Petrozavodsk will be full of positive emotions & interesting events!
