The Only Foreign Country I would Like to Live in is Russia (Adam)
AdamSerbia. “The Russian House” in Belgrade. Year 2012. That was the place and the time where and when Adam Petrovich started to learn the Russian language.
He got his first impressions of Russia in childhood when his mother told him about the biggest country in the world with love and respect. “I guess from that moment I started to feel deep connection of our peoples. Anything Russian is very close to me. I think I am a Russophile” – confesses the young man.

International Students Took Part in School PetrSU A Career Compass
1The international students of the summer university of PetrSU took part in the international school on career development of university graduates “PetrSU – A Career Compass”.
More than 40 students and university staff members from Russia, Finland, Austria and USA took part in the school. Participants shared the best practices of employment strategies, creation of inclusive environment and work of student unions.

Russian Culture Day
Russian Culture DayOn Friday, August 8th , the traditional Russian Culture Day gathered the foreign students who had been studying at the Summer Russian Language School for more than a month and those who came recently. While playing the game “Snow Ball”, the students got acquainted with each other. According to the rules of the game, each student tells his name and an adjective that begins with the first letter of his name. The next one repeats the students name and adjective and tells his own. At the end, the last student repeats all names and adjectives. As a result, artistic and adventurous, active and hungry, talented and lazy, beautiful and young students got acquainted with each other in such a funny manner.

August at the Russian Language Summer School
1In August the Russian Language Summer School at PetrSU welcomed new students from Great Britain, Spain, Serbia, Switzerland, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Iran and the USA. All the students came to Petrozavodsk to improve their skills in grammar and speech during the classes with professional teaches of the Russian language.

1On Friday, July 11, 25 foreign students from Great Britain, Spain, Turkey, Greece, USA, China, and Finland gathered together to celebrate the Festival of Russian Culture. This traditional event is held annually by the teachers of Russian language in PetrSU.
